Shipping & Returns

- Businesses must be a reseller of Diecast Distributors Australia
- Orders for all accounts must be a minimum value of $500. 
This value DOES NOT include “Pre Order/Out of Stock” items or items that are currently unavailable.
The minimum purchase value applies to available items only.
- Stock will only be sent upon full payment of the proforma invoice unless already credit approved.
- Orders over $500 (available items only) will incur a $30.00 handling fee - this will include forward orders and back order.
- Orders under the minimum $500.00 will not be processed.
- All orders sent to residential addresses will incur an $8.00 residential fee. 
- Goods remain the property of Diecast Distributors Australia Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full.
- Any claims relating to delivery or damaged stock must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorization.
- Goods sold at special pricing, including clearance lines, are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Unless otherwise notified by the customer all deliveries will be despatched through the carrier of our choice.
These charges will be added to the total of the invoice.
- In the event that a Diecast Distributors Australia product is sold as an assortment of styles or colours, the product will be supplied at our discretion.
- If a product has “Pre Order/Out of Stock” in the description this means the product is currently on order or currently out of stock. If you place an order for a “Pre Order/Out of Stock” item it will be placed on backorder.
